Today is the first day of 2019. Here in Washington it's a crisp, sunny, slightly breezy forty-degree day. I have had a cinnamon roll, 2 cups of coffee and have watched baking shows with my family. The other day I was driving back from the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton. As I cruised up the road heading into my little Port Orchard, Washington town I saw an Eagle sitting on one of the standing water post.
